They were able to get my vehicle in quickly and the repairs were done well, on time and the cost was exactly as expected. They took the time to carefully go over what was needed, how long it would take and what it would cost. With several older vehicles, this may have been my first visit here, but it won't be my last!

Leaving a review early this morning, even though I didn’t get serviced here or my emissions test done. The guy in The Phone was really nice and polite and I really do appreciate good customer service. I need my stuff done ASAP, but if not, I know where to go now

Unfortunately, our vehicle experienced AC issues during one of the hottest weeks of the year. We were recommended to Autotech by our car warranty company. We were able to schedule an appointment online and ended up bringing in the car sooner than our scheduled appointment. Upon their review, they found the issue along with two other issues that we did not know about. The diagnostic was excellent in that they send you a written report along with pictures showing you the issues and a video explaining what the issue is and how to fix it. Knowing nothing about cars, the diagnostic was a great tool in helping us understand what was wrong with the car. The car was fixed in a timely manner, and they even provided us with a courtesy vehicle to use during the time our vehicle is in the shop. We would totally use them again, even if we had to play completely out of pocket.

Always a great experience. The owner and employees all seem to care about providing the best service experience possible. As a guy nearing retirement age, I appreciate the locally owned shops over large chains where I'm treated like a friend and not just a transaction.

I needed emissions done and they got me in quick, I dropped off my vehicle and it was ready that afternoon. They were friendly and communication was great. I priced out an oil change while I was there and it was cheaper than what I normally pay. They also checked over my vehicle to see if there was anything else needed, which I didn't yet. I am going to be sticking with them, I have been looking for a new place to go since I got away from the dealership!
